Section 84
Removal or dismissal from service
(1) In any of the following cases, the employee may be removed from service without being disqualified for future federal parliament and other government services:-
(a) If an employee is unable to perform the duties or responsibilities of his position due to incapacity,
(b) In the event of an equivalent violation of conduct,
(c) In case of consumption of equivalent drugs or alcoholic beverages during office hours,
(d) In case of equally undisciplined work,
(e) If participating in politics,
(f) Negligence equal to the responsibilities of his office,
(G) If he is absent from his office for sixty consecutive days without sanctioning leave.
(2) In any of the following cases, the employee may be dismissed from the service in order to be deemed ineligible for federal parliament and other government services in the future:-
(a) If convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge of moral turpitude,
(b) In case of corruption.
